The Lynn University Ice Hockey program started in the Fall of 2015 when a group of students and faculty began the process of forming a team of eight players. That team played its first game in January 2016 and has since quickly grown.

The program now provides a full student-athlete experience for high-caliber, experienced players. Lynn University is a proud member of College Hockey South, within Division 2 of AAU College Hockey. Before joining College Hockey South, the team captured the 2019 East Florida Collegiate Hockey Conference championship.
